Add this product to your cart and checkout. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll create a client profile and fill out a very detailed questionnaire for your coach + set up your kickoff call and receive app access.
CHALLENGE DURATION:

END DATE: 60 days after you sign up
You will receive onboarding and offboarding information from your coach. PRIOR to the challenge starting, you must submit your initial photos, weight, and measurements in the app. Every week you will be asked to submit your check-ins and these are mandatory for your coach to do their job and for you to be as successful as possible. Before the challenge ends, during the offboarding period, you must submit your final photos, weight, and measurements.

The next 60 days are all about working closely with a certified professional nutritionist through personalized 1:1 coaching to help you shed weight and achieve your goals. This journey will require focus and dedication as you refine your eating habits—what you eat, when you eat, and how much you eat—while consistently logging your meals, following your coach's guidance, sticking to your fitness program, and prioritizing healthy routines to maximize your results. With your full commitment and adherence to the program, you can expect significant results, including a potential weight loss of 6–20 pounds and a reduction of 2–10% in body fat over the 8-week challenge (individual results may vary).
FOOD APPROACH:
Our approach to your nutrition journey will center around using macronutrients (macros) and macro tracking to manage and optimize your food intake. Through our branded app, seamlessly connected to MyFitnessPal, we’ll import your daily logs to provide personalized suggestions, adjustments, and feedback. This ensures you can fine-tune your daily intake and effectively plan your weeks for success.
As part of the program, you’ll also receive access to two exclusive e-recipe books packed with delicious and practical meal ideas. Each recipe includes easy-to-scan barcodes for effortless logging into MyFitnessPal, saving you time and streamlining your tracking process. Additionally, we’ll enable the barcode scanning feature in your MyFitnessPal app at no extra cost—a special benefit of being a Summer Shred participant.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING:
As part of the program, you’ll gain automatic enrollment in an 8-week full-body weightlifting online personal training program. This comprehensive plan will be available in our branded app and your personal client dashboard, giving you easy access to your workouts and a seamless way to log your progress. Each workout is designed for you to follow and track your results, helping you see your progress unfold over time. Every exercise includes a demonstration video to ensure proper form, and your coach is available to provide personalized modifications or adjustments to suit your unique ability level and needs.
CHECK-INS INCLUDED
You’ll have full access to our in-app messaging and chat feature, allowing you to communicate with your dedicated coach virtually 24/7. Your coach will conduct a detailed weekly analysis of your food logs, performance, and overall progress to provide personalized feedback, critiques, and actionable suggestions for the week ahead.
Every two weeks, you’ll have a 1:1 video check-in with your coach to discuss your progress in depth. Macros will be adjusted as needed to align with your adherence and goals, ensuring continuous improvement.
If you choose to upgrade to include customized weekly meal plans, complete with recipes and grocery lists, you’ll receive these every Friday after submitting your check-in photos and measurements. This gives you the entire weekend to shop and meal prep. Each meal plan is crafted from scratch, tailored to your individual food preferences, allergies, and daily routines for maximum flexibility and success.
