The Swole Kitchen is all about providing a healthy, educational, informative and fun coaching experience with clients. We do this by offering memberships based on a subscription model where you receive custom recommendations, programming, coaching, weekly accountability, and a coach-client relationship that will catapult you to your goals.

✔️ What Comes With Each Program?

In each program you will receive in depth-coaching, check-ins, assessments and recommendations to ensure that your progressing at a sustainable, healthy rate. The tools that you will learn from coaching will be useful long after coaching has ended.

✔️ Is 1:1 Coaching Right For me?

Whether you’re looking for someone to write you weekly meal plans, grocery lists, and recipes, or you’re looking for someone to calculate your macros regularly and keep you accountable, then 1:1 coaching may be right for you.

✔️ How Does Coaching Work?

A coach will work with you 1:1 to learn more about your lifestyle, nutrition, habits, goals, wants, barriers, and needs, so that they can carefully curate a plan that’s designed specifically for you, your body, and your goals, week after week.

Your specific coach will provide you with nutrition guidelines, meal suggestions, recipes, lifestyle changes and healthy habit formations to help you not only efficiently reach your goals, but effectively reach them.

We believe in also teaching clients how to have a healthy relationship with food — we encourage intuitive, mindful, and flexible dieting so that we can enjoy the journey along the way.

✔️ How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is easy! Click the “Get Started” button at the bottom of this page. After you submit your application, you will be directed to schedule a completely free nutrition assessment call with your future coach. On this call you can ask questions, learn more about programming, and work together 1:1 with a coach to develop your personalized nutrition plan!

✔️ Why Is Your Programming Expensive?

We completely understand how initially our plans and programming can seem expensive. However, most nutritionists charge around $150 per hour/per session and our programming is actually priced much lower than many other completely customized, individualized programs out there. We don’t just give you a pre-programmed plan or template to follow - everything we do for you is created for you while taking a customized approach to teach you what you’re going to need to do to create a sustainable, maintainable lifestyle, long after coaching has ended. By investing now, you can stop wasting money on books, programs, cookie cutter templates and food that just goes to waste. Coaching is an investment in your life and your health, one that gets you results not just during coaching, but after it has ended, as well.

✔️ Do You Offer Meal Plans?

Yes - we do. They’re a short term solution to a long term problem. If you do not have a nutritional foundation or understanding of food and how to cook it, this is a great place to start. It’s also a nice temporary solution if you’re stretched too thin and trying to get a grip on your health. We’ll teach you how to make the food, shop for the food, prep and store the food, while teaching you why we’re programming it that way. We’ll incorporate the foods that you already eat while helping you make healthy swaps and trades. You will have full say in what goes on the plan and we’ll teach you everything along the way.

✔️ Whats The Process Of Getting Signed Up?

  1. You’ll schedule a free 1:1 nutrition consultation call with a coach here at The Swole Kitchen where we’ll go over your lifestyle, goals, and the barriers that you’ve been running into while trying to achieve them. We’ll start customizing the approach we’ll take with your programming and create a plan of attack. This is a great opportunity to go over expectations and preferences.

  2. You will then subscribe to your recommended plan structure. Once subscribed, you’ll receive an onboarding packet and information on how to get set up in our app.

  3. You’ll be expected to track your progress, complete weekly check-ins, and communicate feedback and expectations with your coach clearly. You’ll be able to communicate with your coach via text, email, video, or through the platform. You can message your coach anytime - you don’t have to wait for the weekly call or online check-in.

✔️How Is The Swole Kitchen Different From Other Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching Programs?

Our programming is 100% customized to you. We don’t use any pre-programmed templates or cookie cutter plans. We don’t give you something that is right for someone else. We put in the work and expect you to reciprocate that for you ultimate results. Whether this is your first time working with a coach or your 10th, we will work with you 1:1 for as long (or as short) as it takes for you to finally see the results you’ve been working so hard to achieve!

✔️What If I Have Dietary Preferences?

That’s great - we work with every walk of life and every dietary preference with respect and efficiency. Whether you’re a picky eater, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, or otherwise, we’ll be happy to work with you in the way you wish to be worked with.

✔️Why Do I Have To Commit For At Least Three Months?

We’re concerned about getting you to your goals, yes, but we’re also concerned with getting you to them in the most sustainable way. It won’t happen overnight and we don’t offer 30 day challenges just for this reason. We don’t want you to get your goal then not know how to maintain it - this is where the teaching comes in. We practice patience and encourage you to do so, too. We’ll work through trial and error and really dial in a pattern of eating and the foods you need to eat within this time. It’s a month to month commitment after the first 90 days and you can stick with coaching as long as you want until you cancel with a 30 day notice.

✔️What If I Only Want To Calculate Macros and Not Follow A Meal Plan?

Great! This is not a problem at all. We will calculate your macros and help you follow them based on your goals and expectations. Macros are a great way to get to your goals and maintain them while improving food choices and quality. If you don’t know what macros are and you want to learn, we’re more than happy to teach you as well!

✔️What If I Don’t Want To Follow A Meal Plan But I Also Don’t Want To Count Macros

Again, we try our best to meet the client where they are and build a plan based on what is achievable and maintainable for them. We will meet you wherever you are - we’re not here to put you in a box or create any black and white rules. Flexibility is key in our book and with you, we’ll work on habit based nutrition coaching more so than counting numbers or following a strict meal plan.

✔️Do You Only Work With Athletes, Young People, Overweight, etc.?

We work with everyone on the spectrum! All shapes, sizes, and lifestyles. Again, all programming here at The Swole Kitchen is 100% customized and tailored to you, your age, lifestyle, profession, goals, and performance.

✔️Do You Program Workouts?

Typically speaking, most our clients we work with strictly on the nutrition and lifestyle coaching side. However, we’re also extremely qualified to build you out workouts and gym routines. If you need this or want to look into it, it’s an additional cost and your coach will design you a custom tailored program to go along with your nutrition and lifestyle coaching experience.

✔️Do You Offer Video/Skype/Phone Calls With Clients?

Yes! We will communicate with you in whatever way you feel like you will learn best from. Every client of ours receives quick, timely, unlimited communication with their coach. When you have a question you don’t have to play phone tag or schedule an appointment. Just reach out - the more you communicate the better experience you’re going to have. That being said, we do have our coaches take a break and at times, like after 6pm or on the weekends, they may be unavailable and will get back to you as soon as they can.

✔️Do You Work With Expecting Mothers?

No, we do not. At this time we do not have a qualified pregnancy coach on staff.

✔️Do You Work With People Who Are KETO or Interested In Following The Ketogenic Diet?

Definitely! If this is a desire or preference of yours we’d be happy to help guide you along the way. When you schedule your nutrition assessment/discovery call with your coach make sure to communicate your expectations.

✔️What If I Have Medical Issues?

We’d love to work with you! While we’re not able to provide any medical assistance or treatment options we’d be more than happy to work alongside your care team and get you as healthy as possible. As always, we recommend you speak with your physician about your goals and follow your doctor’s recommendations first. However, we’d love to help you be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself when it comes to your nutrition and lifestyle!
