Opened products cannot be processed for return, due to safety concerns.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased on a BOGO sale unless the items are returned unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Products can not be returned due to reasons of buyers remorse. If products are unopened and returned, those products are subject to $5.00 restocking fee and return shipping is paid for by the customer.
