Cancellation policy

Client understands and agrees that the Payments (as outlined in the Payment Schedule as selected at execution) (“Program Fee”) shall continue with month to month coaching afterwards until cancelled in accordance with this Agreement. Client committing to a package plan are committing to that plan/package duration. The Swole Kitchen will require a minimum 3 months/90 days commitment on both month-to-month plan and package plans. This is a minimum requirement for quality of services offered. Should the client wish to cancel or end coaching, Client shall notify the Company of such termination by 30 day written notice to be delivered/communicated to __________. If the notice is not submitted in accordance with this provision, Client is responsible for the full fee of the last month and will receive coaching services through the termination date.

You agree to pay the purchase price and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company in the form a chargeback. The Swole Kitchen is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees by your bank or credit card company. Fees for services may be pre-paid. Chargebacks are not welcomed or accepted in any fashion or manner. Should a chargeback be opened for services provided we will provide the banking institution with all documentation and proof of services that warrant said charges.

In the event of the Client’s absence or withdrawal, for any reason whatsoever, the Client will remain responsible for the pro rata share of the program that has been delivered, plus a cancellation fee of $50.

The COMPANY reserves the right to cancel the program if at any point she or he feels it is not advantageous for the coaching program to continue. If this happens, the Client is only responsible for the pro rata share of coaching services received. This agreement will stay in force until your term is cancelled. Failure to pay required fees may result in Coach terminating the Agreement prior to the end of the term and discontinuing your access to Services.
