The Swole Kitchen sells 1:1 coaching services and digital products. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees are charged.

Coaching programs and strategy sessions: after purchase, you will receive an email with your onboarding instructions, including how to access your coaching app and schedule your start.

Digital products (recipe books and guides): access is delivered digitally after purchase.
