It takes 21 days to make a new habit and in the 6 weeks of the SUMMER SHRED challenge, we're going to hit it hard so that your new habits, behaviors, attitudes, and outlooks stick around. If you’re looking to reduce body fat, maintain/increase lean muscle, and see improvements in your health, athletic performance, and sex life, all before summer really kicks off, this challenge is for you.
We will spend 6 weeks prioritizing your health, happiness, nutrition, and fitness, to help you reach your goals. With 1:1 accountability and guidance, as well as a suite of tools and resources, we will take the guess-work out of your nutrition and teach you how to sustain your results long after the challenge is over.
With a customized approach to nutrition and fitness, with the support and guidance of a dedicated nutritionist, you can strut your summer body with newfound confidence.

CHALLENGE DURATION

You will receive onboarding and offboarding information. Prior to the challenge starting, you must submit your initial photos, weight, and measurements. Every week you will be asked to submit your check-ins and these are mandatory for your coach to do their job and for you to be as successful as possible. Before the challenge ends, during the offboarding period, you must submit your final photos, weight, and measurements.

HOW IT WORKS
CHALLENGE GOAL + RESULTS
The goal of this challenge is to receive customized 1:1 coaching with a certified professional nutritionist to shred down before summer. This means working hard focusing on what you're eating, when you're eating, and how much you're eating, logging your food, following the direction of your coach, following your fitness program, and prioritizing your habits to achieve maximal results. With your maximum effort and program adherence, you can expect to see anywhere from 6 - 20 lb weight loss and up to 6% body fat loss in the 6-week challenge (results vary by client).
NUTRITION APPROACH
We will be using Macros and macro tracking as the tool by which we approach your food intake and tracking. Our branded app connects directly to My Fitness Pal so we can import all of your logs to provide suggestions, tips, tweaks, and feedback points so that you can optimize your daily intake and plan your weeks accordingly. In signing up, you will also gain access to 2 e-cookbooks complete with recipes to assist you on your journey with easy-to-scan barcodes for logging into My Fitness Pal. We are able to enable the barcode scanning feature in your MFP app at no additional cost as an added benefit of being a Summer Shred participant.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING INCLUDED
You will automatically be enrolled in a 6-week full bodyweight HIIT online personal training program that will be populated in our branded app and your client dashboard for easy access and logging. For each workout, you will follow, record your results, and watch the progress happen.
We do have the optional $50 add-on for a full body 6-week strength-based gym program -or- a 6-week dumbbell gym-based workout program if you would like to elect to use one of these approaches to your fitness during the 6-week challenge.
CHECK-INS INCLUDED
You will have access to our in-app messaging/chat feature with your dedicated coach. You can message them and chat with them virtually 24-7. Each week your coach will perform an in-depth analysis of your logging, performance, and progress to provide you with critiques, feedback, and suggestions as you head into a new week. Macros will be adjusted based on adherence and progress. If you upgrade to receive customized weekly meal plans with recipes and grocery lists, you will receive these on Fridays after you submit your check-in photos + measurements, so you have the whole weekend to shop and prep.

To help optimize results and performance, we will be extending a VERY exclusive 25% discount on any and all supplements offered by SWOLVERINE. You will communicate your product needs to your coach, they will send you a payable invoice with the discount, and your products will ship accordingly. Your coach will also educate you and provide you with more information on what supplements you are taking, why, and what their intended results are going to be when you use them accordingly.
